Test Results, Repeat Prescriptions and Referrals.

Test Results

Your are required to make an appointment to obtain test results. Our staff are not permitted to provide test results over the phone. We have a recall system in place and you will be contacted by phone or letter to make an appointment should this be required.

Repeat Prescriptions

In order to adequately monitor your health you will be required to make an appointment with your regular doctor for a repeat prescription.

Referrals

You are required to make an appointment with your doctor to obtain referrals to other medical specialists or providers.
